SFY 2027 Request for Quotes (RFQ) Professional WIOA Monitoring Services
The Summit/Medina Workforce Development Board (Ohio Workforce Area 2) is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) to procure programmatic and fiscal monitoring reviews of its subrecipients of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Career Services, Youth Services, and One-Stop Operator Services agreements.
RFQ questions must be submitted via email by 4 p.m. EST on Friday, May 1, 2026 (instructions detailed in the attached RFQ). Answers will be posted here on this page.
Quotes must be submitted via email by 4 p.m. EST on Friday, May 15, 2026 (instructions detailed in the RFQ).

Q: Is the Board envisioning that the selected consultant will prepare a single report containing all information, or 3 separate Monitoring Reports (see below)?
1. Fiscal and Programmatic Report for WIOA Adult, DLW, and WIOA-CCMEP
2. Programmatic Report for TANF-CCMEP-Summit County
3. Programmatic Report for TANF-CCMEP-Medina County
A: We request two separate reports: one report covering Summit and Medina CCMEP TANF and WIOA Youth case file monitoring, and a second report covering all other monitoring (Summit and Medina Adult, Dislocated Worker, and One-Stop Operator, and Area administrative/fiscal/policy review, if requested/applicable).
